Return & Exchange Policy

WE WANT YOU TO ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE ITEMS YOU BUY ON OUR KAIROSKINIS STORE, WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER FREE EXCHANGES ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS PROVIDED THAT:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

  • The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotional sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU'LL RECEIVE A REFUND MINUS RESTOCKING FEE (15%) OF WHAT YOUR ITEMS COST PROVIDED THAT:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your refund does not include shipping costs

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  • Send a message to our support chat and type in the word RETURN for instructions on how to proceed. You can also email us at kairoskinis@gmail.com - please include your order number.  

  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as kairoskinis will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.

  • Ship your parcel back to the address provided with the original shipment. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. 

  • Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase minus 15% of what your items cost. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • Send a message to our support chat and type in the word EXCHANGE for instructions on how to proceed. You can also email us at kairoskinis@gmail.com - please include your order number.  

  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as kairoskinis will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.

  • Ship your parcel back to the address provided with the original shipment. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. 

  • Once we receive your return, we will exchange your item with that of equal value!

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

  • Send a message to our support chat and type in the word FAULTY ITEM for instructions on how to proceed. You can also email us at kairoskinis@gmail.com  **Have your order number and an image of the fault item available.** 

  • The claim has to be done within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced

CANCELLATIONS

We have a very quick order fulfilment and shipping process. Orders are sent to fulfilment instantly after being placed and are often shipped out within 24hours. 

For this reason we can only offer cancellations at a 25USD fee to cover fulfilment costs. This has to be done within 12hours of the order being placed. If the item has already been shipped out we can no longer offer cancellations. And must refer to our return policy above.
